At Loukey Cute, we want you to love every item you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

We partner with Printify for production on certain items. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

• A brief description of the issue

This helps us resolve the problem quickly.

📦 Non‑Returnable Items

Because many of our products are made‑to‑order or dropshipped, some items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective. We’ll always clarify this when you reach out.

🚚 Late or Missing Refunds

If you’ve been approved for a refund, it may take 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process it. If it’s taking longer, feel free to email us and we’ll double‑check everything.
